WHAT IS FRIENDS OF DAVIS LOVE FOUNDATION?
Friends of Davis Love Foundation is a program administered by the Davis Love Foundation designed to help raise money for charities participating in the program. Each participating charity sells raffle tickets ($20 each) for the chance to win a brand new Buick Encore from Nalley Automotive Group. 100% of the money collected through the raffle is distributed back to the participating charities.
A drawing for the Grand Prize winner of the Buick Encore will take place during The RSM Classic.
In addition to receiving 100% of raffle ticket sales, the Davis Love Foundation will fund a $75,000 Bonus Pool that will be distributed to participating charities based on raffle ticket sales performance. The more contributions your organization raises, the more bonus dollars your organization will receive!
building for the future
Your support will provide resources that give our organization the opportunity to look past today, and dream big for tomorrow! By purchasing raffle tickets through the Davis Love Foundation, you will help launch and grow exciting program opportunities that will inspire our young people. Funds from this year’s FOF program will also help us build our Fore Our Future donor program. Fore Our Future will provide sustainable resources to our chapter so we can continue to achieve our mission. More information about the Fore Our Future program is coming soon!
What did we use the funds for in 2019?
In building a quality LPGA-USGA Girls Golf Program we recognized the need for girls in our program to have young women who they could look up to within the game of golf. The support system from Brunswick High School and Glynn Academy Girls Golf Teams have become that mentor-ship needed. Hours are donated by these young women to empower and engage younger golfers and in turn First Tee of the Golden Isles will assisted the High School Girls Teams by becoming an apparel sponsor. Each polo and pullover has the logo of the First Tee of the Golden Isles showing our support for these young women on and off the golf course. Additional funds raised was allocated to provide participants and volunteers registered in on-course programming with golf attire needs.
